App Name: Bet Tracker

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Bet Tracker app, operated by BartRose Ventures LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use Bet Tracker.

2. No Facilitation Disclaimer

Bet Tracker is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator.

The App is for personal tracking and entertainment purposes only
No real money is wagered, earned, or transferred within the App
We do not facilitate, encourage, or profit from actual gambling activity
Odds and sports data displayed in the App are for reference only

Responsible Gaming: If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, free help is available. Contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at ncpgambling.org or call 1-800-522-4700.

3. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are:

At least 18 years of age
Legally permitted to access sports betting information in your jurisdiction
Not prohibited from using the App under applicable law

We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe belong to users under 18.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate registration information

Notify us immediately at info@bartroseventures.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to log bets, join groups, and interact with other users ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the App
Confirm the content does not violate these Terms or applicable law
Understand that bet statistics and win/loss records may be visible to group members

6. Conduct Standards

You agree not to use the App to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or group statistics
Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App's infrastructure
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent

7. Reporting & Blocking

If another user violates these Terms, you may:

Report them directly from their profile using the Report button
Block them to prevent further interaction

We will review reports and take action, including account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

Violates these Terms of Service
Engages in conduct harmful to other users or the App
Is found to belong to a user under 18

You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Account > Delete Account.

9. Intellectual Property

All App content, design, and code is owned by BartRose Ventures LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any App content. Your account data belongs to you — see our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Sports data or odds displayed will be accurate or current
The App is appropriate for use in your jurisdiction

You assume all risk associated with your use of the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BartRose Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any losses related to actual gambling activity undertaken outside the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
